Donald Strange is a resourceful, results-oriented senior-level healthcare executive with a strong background in career development, product management, sales management, and marketing. Since 2000, Mr. Strange has served as Senior Vice President of Lifeline Systems. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing profit and loss of the total business. His accomplishments include leading the development of a business-to-business inside sales organization, and reorganizing sales and marketing to achieve a double-digit compounded growth rate. Prior to being promoted to this position, Mr. Strange spent seven years as Lifeline Systems’ Vice President. He gained valuable experience working at Hoffman La Roche for 23 years, where his roles included General Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, Director of Career Development, Senior Product Manager, and Division Sales Manager.
Jason Moyse has served on global teams implementing major customer experience initiatives as a connector/doer/spark and key trusted advisor to the C-Suite, Senior Leadership and Governance Teams for legal and business matters. With a depth of experience leading and facilitating cross functional teams, Jason has served as a core or extended team member on numerous change management projects impacting legal, finance, I.T. and customer experience.
Jason’s broad background includes private legal practice in high volume commercial litigation as well as serving as in-house counsel at Xerox where he reduced legal spend by 60% and increased recovery from litigation activities by 100% during his tenure. He is also the co-founder of Law Made an advisory business focused on legal startups, corporates and other organizations driving innovation in the NewLaw fusion of technology, design, process improvement, document automation and lean strategy as applied to legal services
In 2015, Jason was named a FastCase50 winner which highlights entrepreneurs, innovators, and trailblazers — people who have charted a new course for the delivery of legal services.
Managing Director, Wealth Management and Trust
Susan Black came to the practice of wealth management with a foundation of more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, marketing, financial services and philanthropic successes. In her role as a Senior Wealth Advisor, Susan’s mission is to provide guidance to her clients, which include individuals, families, and organizations, in aligning their long-term goals with appropriate investment and planning strategies.
Susan previously was a Managing Director at Sapers & Wallack, and a Financial Advisor at UBS and Credit Suisse. As an entrepreneur, she created two companies, including a marketing and promotions company, which she sold to a global, publicly traded company and a successful consultancy firm. In addition, Susan built an advocacy organization that was incorporated into a large not-for-profit. She has worked on the management teams of Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport and Israel Aircraft Industries.
Susan holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation and earned dual master’s degrees in Management and Educational Counseling from Cambridge College following undergraduate work at Wellesley College and Bar Ilan University.
